Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Although we make the majority of our products to order, we will do everything as fast as we can and our general process time should be within 72 hours (3 business days). In certain exceptional cases, out of our control (storms or rush periods), it may take us 7 to 10 business days to process orders.

We currently ship out orders twice a week. Your patience and support means the world to us and we thank you so much for understanding the way we do business. Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

NakedPagan Apothecary is not held responsible for paying customs charges. This fee must be paid by the purchaser of our goods.  International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs.

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import the ingredients that are listed in our products, according to cosmetic regulations in your country. We will not be held responsible for non-delivered items or packages held at customs.
