Energize Aromatherapy Shower Steamers

Moisten one puck (do not fully submerge) and place on shower floor, corner or shelf, away from direct stream of water, and allow the steam to release the potent essential oils.  Depending on usage, each shower steamer lasts through a long shower or several shorter ones. The tablet dissolves completely, leaving no residue. Just breathe deeply and enjoy the moment.

Sodium Bicarbonate: Naturally alkaline and effervescent, it softens water and helps deliver a fizzy, aromatic experience.
Citric Acid: A fruit-derived acid—reacts with sodium bicarbonate to create the signature fizz while gently balancing pH.
Potassium Bitartrate: Commonly called cream of tartar—a natural stabilizer that strengthens the fizzing reaction and helps bind ingredients.
Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) Oil: Bright and uplifting—this fresh citrus essential oil is known to energize the senses and clarify the mind.
Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemongrass) Oil*: Lemony and herbaceous—lemongrass oil supports respiratory clarity and adds a clean, invigorating top note.
Isopropyl Alcohol: Used to bind and harden the steamer—evaporates quickly and leaves no residue behind.
Menthol: Derived from mint oils—delivers a cooling, decongesting vapor that opens airways and soothes tension.
Mentha arvensis Leaf Oil*: Cooling and crisp—this wild mint oil is rich in natural menthol, enhancing the refreshing effects.
Calendula officinalis (Calendula) Flower*: Adds gentle, soothing, skin-friendly botanical energy and a soft visual touch.
